LURBEL obtains the hallmark OEKO-TEX that guarantees the human ecological safety of its garments
The importance of this control hallmark obtained by LURBEL lies mainly in the direct contact of most of the garments with the skin: sportswear inner layer such as tights and shirts, socks, underwear, etc. With this certification LURBEL renews its commitment with the innovation of its productive process and ensures the quality of its raw materials.
This certification, or international standard, consists of an analysis and a later certification of the garments in accordance with parameters of harmful substances with scientific base. Among them, this system rejects allergenic colourings, protects the good stability of the colour and a good PH value for the skin. The aim is to prevent allergies and diseases.
The international association OEKO-TEX is a group of 15 institutes of research and testing in the textile sector well-known in Europe and Japan. More than 9.500 manufacturers in more than 80 countries entrust to the community OEKO-TEX the analysis and certification of its products in accordance with parameters of harmful substances with scientific base, thanks to the most modern laboratory technology.
